These terms cover your use of projectroastmusic.com and the ROAST STUDIO lyric-video service, operated by Project Roast / Roast Media Group ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or ordering a video, you agree to these terms. Questions: roastmediagroup@gmail.com.
The service
ROAST STUDIO lets you build a custom lyric video from your own audio and artwork. You pick the look in the builder, we render the finished video and deliver the file(s) in the format(s) and resolution you chose.
Ordering & payment
- Payment is taken up front via Stripe; the render begins on receipt of payment.
- Prices are shown in USD in the builder and are calculated from the options you select.
- Promotional codes are subject to their own conditions (e.g. first-order or single-platform codes).
Revisions
One revision is included. We send you a proof to sign off before the final export — tell us what to change, once. The included revision covers changes to your chosen options (lyric fixes, timing, colours, effect swaps). A different concept or a new track is a new order. Additional revisions are available for a fee.
Refunds
Because work begins as soon as you order, orders are non-refundable once work has started. If we decline your order under the content rules below before starting, you are refunded in full. See our full Refund & Revision Policy for the details, including how bundle packs are handled.
Delivery
We aim to deliver within 48 hours (longer for motion add-ons such as an animated hero or moving background, as noted in the builder). You receive your MP4(s) in the format(s) and resolution you chose, with no watermark unless you added your own branding.
Your content & rights
- By ordering, you confirm you own or have a licence to the track, lyrics and artwork you supply, and that they don't infringe anyone else's rights. Responsibility for the music and lyrics rights is yours.
- You keep the rights to your own material. Once delivered and paid for, you receive full usage rights to the finished video for your track, on every platform.
- We may display finished work as part of our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Content we can decline
We reserve the right to reject any order containing nudity, sexual, hateful, or illegal imagery. If we decline on those grounds, you are refunded in full.
Age
The service is intended for users 18 and over.
Liability
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for third-party platforms, services, or the audio/artwork you supply.
Changes
We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date shows the latest version.
