Refund & Revision Policy 🔥

Revisions
Every package includes revisions (Signal: 1 · Broadcast: 2 · Full Transmission: 3). Revisions cover tweaks to your brief — timing, colours, text fixes. Extra revisions are $10 each. We want you happy with it, so tell us what to change and we'll sort it within your included revisions.
Refunds
Because a lyric video is a custom digital product made specifically for you, our policy is:
- Before we start work: full refund, no questions — just email us to cancel.
- Once work has started: we don't offer full refunds (your track has been produced into a custom video), but we'll use your included revisions to get it right. If something's genuinely wrong with the delivered file (corrupt, wrong spec, not as described), we'll fix it or refund — that's on us.
- If we can't deliver for any reason on our side: full refund.
Bundle packs
Bundle packs (3, 5 or 10 videos) are prepaid, and there is no time limit to use them — send your tracks whenever you're ready and we'll tick them off. If you cancel a pack partway through, we refund the videos you haven't used yet; any videos already delivered are counted at the $60 single (Broadcast) rate and the balance is refunded. Unused pack credits never expire.
Your UK consumer rights
This policy doesn't affect your legal rights. Digital content must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose. For custom digital work, the normal 14-day cancellation right ends once we begin work with your go-ahead — by ordering and sending your track, you're asking us to start, and you accept that.
