How it works — and the rules

  • 1 revision included. We send you a proof to sign off before the final export — tell us what to change, once.
  • We get it perfect first time. That's the standard, and it's why orders are non-refundable once work has started.
  • We can decline NSFW content. We reserve the right to reject any video containing nudity, sexual or illegal imagery. If we decline on those grounds, you're refunded in full.
  • Delivered in 48h. You receive your MP4(s) in the format(s) and resolution you picked, with no watermark (unless you added your own).
  • It's yours. Full usage rights to the video for your track, on every platform.
Full terms: payment is taken up front; the render begins on receipt. The single included revision covers changes to your chosen options (lyrics fixes, timing, colours, effect swaps) — a different concept or new track is a new order. By ordering you confirm you own or have licence to the audio and artwork supplied.

How much is it?

From $59 for a full build-your-own lyric video — plus 10% off your first order with code FIRST10. Bundles of 5 or 10 bring the per-video price down further.

Is paying safe? Who handles my card?

We never see or store your card details. Payment is handled end-to-end by Stripe — the same processor trusted by millions of businesses — on their own secure checkout. Your money and details stay with them, so your peace of mind is guaranteed.

How long does it take?

48 hours. You approve a short proof of the real thing first, so there are no surprises.

What do you need from me?

Your track (audio), your artwork, and your lyrics. Everything else you choose in the builder above.

How many revisions?

One revision is included — we aim to nail it first time. Extra revisions are $15 each.

What formats & quality?

Wide 16:9, Vertical 9:16, Square 1:1 and Portrait 4:5 — all available now, up to 4K. First format included; add more (+$25 each, or grab the All-4 Platform Pack).

Do I have to keep your watermark?

No. Keep our small Roast mark and save $6, or go fully clean — your choice.

What's your refund policy?

Because we perfect it before delivery and include a revision, orders are non-refundable once work starts. If we ever decline your content (see below), you're refunded in full.

Any content rules?

Profanity is fine. Nudity, sexual or illegal imagery will be declined and refunded. You confirm you own or have the rights to the audio and artwork you supply.
